Swordfish Charter Captain

Where do fishing guides take vacations? "They go fishing of course!" explains Captain Richard Bradley.

Captain Richard's close friend and fishing partner, Jeff Thummel went night drift fishing for swordfish in south Florida aboard Captain Ray Rosher's, Miss Britt. "It was exciting from the moment we left the dock, we sight fished cobia within 20 minutes of leaving the dock, boating six and keeping our limit",  explained Jeff.

The rest of night was a long night of talking and enjoying each others companionship while waiting for 'the bite', which eventually came around 2:30am when Captain Richard lost the first sword. But it wasn't long afterward that he landed a 50 plus pounder and set up a drift for a second 100 pounder that Jeff landed. WOW! What and exciting way to spend together on the cool February nights in south Florida.

What a great night of fun, fishing and friends. "I won't forget this trip the rest of my life and I'm sure Jeff won't either." Captain Richard Bradley.
