Wes Callendar fished from sun-up to sun-down on on the Banana River Lagoon near Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island's wildlife refuge with Lagooner Guide, Captain Richard Bradley. While Wes was fishing he was explaining his Restaurant's method's of preparing and cooking ribs.
