Capt. Scott Lum ranks as one of the best fishermen and guides
on the east coast of Florida. If you have the pleasure of
spending time on the water with Scott you learn how well orchestrated
and prepared a GOOD captain can and should be.

Scott's Large bull redfish at Sebastian Inlet was released
to be caught again. We also drifted into large pods of tarpon
and enjoyed watching 100± pounders swim within feet
of the boat. Unfortunately they all seemed to have lockjaw
and all our live baits were rejected or ignored, but what
an impressive fish!
Capt. Scott runs his charters (Outcast Fishing Charters)
out of Port Canaveral and is unparallel in his triple-tail
fishing tactics and productivity. He has a great personality
and desire to teach others how to improve their fishing.
